2022 Cycle Crime Conference

The 7th Annual Cycle Crime Conference, hosted by BikeRegister and supported by Avon & Somerset Police & West Yorkshire Police, took place during the first week of July in Bristol and Leeds

Now in its seventh year the conference, hosted by BikeRegister, the National Cycle Database, became a roadshow and was held across two venues – one in Bristol and one in Leeds.

The two events were supported by Avon & Somerset Constabulary and West Yorkshire Police respectively.

The conference continues to be an important fixture at which police, government, universities and the security industry can highlight the impact of bike theft and share best practice on cycle crime solutions.

Chaired by Andy Gregory, former West Midlands Police Sergeant, the conference saw a wide variety of guest speakers deliver speeches, including double Olympic gold medallist Alistair Brownlee, who is also a partner of and brand ambassador for BikeRegister.
